I'll have to agree with Mukund here in that writing out a weekly blogging schedule definitely helps. Making note of things that you'd like to discuss definitely creates for better time management. I myself try to plan this way though in reporting the news sometimes, I have to do it more often...but hey, that's what the early mornings and coffee are for. Andy,

Put together a "Editorial Calendar". I am doing that right now for next year. Then, put it on your Outlook (or google) calendar to remind you what to write about.
