If you’ve checked out the meet the MEBA team section of the site, you’ve probably noticed that I’ve got two other partners who I work with.
One of those guys is Glen Bell. Glen is known around the office as the stats guy. The reason for this is that for the past two years he has been compiling the data for the different sub-areas of the East Bay housing market and sharing his spreadsheets and graphs with us at the weekly office meetings.
Having this real time data in our hands each week is invaluable and gives us a much better picture of what’s actually going on the market, rather than reading the published data, which often lags by 30-60 days.
We’re looking forward to sharing these reports with you in the near future, but in the meantime, here’s Glen’s first post.
