Glen’s been tracking the East Bay housing stats in real time for over four years now and the reports that he generates have been invaluable in alerting us to the latest trends weeks before the mainstream media picks up on them.
In case you’ve never seen one of Glen’s reports before, the numbers represent the Pending / Active ratios for each area, which tells us the relative strength of those particular micro-markets.
