Over at BloodhoundBlog, Greg Swann has been posting videos of theme song suggestions for the upcoming BloodhoundBlog Unchained conference that they’re putting on in Pnoenix in May.
Here’s a couple of passionate songs & performances that I think would be great choices and ones that I’d like to throw into the mix.
The first one is “Go To Sleep” by Radiohead
and then it’s time to a “Wake Up” by The Arcade Fire
T-minus 5 more months!

Earlier today, Steve Groves posted part one of a podcast that San Francisco agent Brad Coy and I recorded with him a couple of weeks ago on the subject of Twitter and how we’re using the tool and integrating it into our businesses.
The Twitter community continues to grow at an astonishing pace. A couple of days ago, Forrester Sr. Analyst Jeremiah Owyang set off a twitter storm with his post about how Twitter is becoming the place for intimate conversations amongst early adopters and for those trying to connect with them. He also drew parallels between where twitter is today compared to the use of blogging in 2005. What really set off the twitter storm was that he asked for people to comment and to leave their their twitter usernames so that we could strengthen the connections of those within the twitter community.
This, dare I say, genius move by Jeremiah has so far resulted in almost 400 comments to his post and another 40-50 extra people in my twitter community, which has now grown to almost 500 people. Reading through the comments, reads like a who’s who of socially inclined early adopters and thought leaders within various industries; exactly the type of people that I want to be connected with.
Twitter has been an incredible catalyst in the growth of my network. By simply connecting with someone and communicating with them in 140 character bursts over a length of time, a natural connection begins to emerge that has the potential to build into amazing opportunities.
I have a lot of other thoughts about twitter, but I’ll probably save for another blog post.
In the meantime, are you on Twitter? Would you like more followers? If so, I’d recommend leaving a comment over on Jeremiah’s post. While your at it, leave a comment here. I’d love to hear your thoughts as well.
