Foreclosures / REOs

If you’re just getting started with REO investing, you might want to check out Norman’s recent post on How to Buy a Bank Owned Foreclosure in 4 Easy Steps

& don’t forget that if you send Norman the following for any property:

    Purchase price
    Down payment
    Property address
If it will be self managed

he’ll send you a free property cash flow analysis.

Quick Update: We’ve stopped posting the lists in Excel format in the public section. If you’ve been using them, don’t worry, we’ll be bringing them back soon, but only for our registered community members, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, you can find every bank owned foreclosure on the East Bay MLS by using our Map Based Search Tool

We do property management for foreclosed homes. We have one contract with a bank and are looking for more. Any suggestions on how to reach the asset managers for banks?
