Meet the MEBA Team

Andy Kaufman is a licensed REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty in Berkeley, CA. He was born and raised in Wisconsin, went to college at UW-Madison and moved to the Berkeley in 2002. After living in Berkeley for three years, he moved to San Francisco, where he now lives, but continues to work primarily in the East Bay.

Andy has been active in the online Real Estate community since 2003 and in 2008, he founded & was lead organizer of the first Real Estate BarCamp, a spontaneous, participant generated conference in San Francisco.  Since that first event, there have been over 20 RE BarCamps from coast to coast and Andy continues to support and participate whenever possible.

Andy was recently named to the NAR Conventional Lending and Finance committee for 2010 and was also named on of the top 25 most connected real estate professionals in a recent survey.

Glen Bell has over 25 years in sales, marketing and management experience.

After graduating from U C Berkeley, and a stint at Golden Bear Motors of Berkeley, he became V-President & GM of Golden Bear Equipment Company, the family owned and operated business located in Martinez. After negotiating the sale of their business, he joined Textron as a successful Operations and Territory Sales Manager.

Glen has been personally tracking housing statistics in 38 East Bay cities since 2005 and is frequently quoted in local media in regards to local housing issues.

Glen has been involved in the distressed property niche since 2005, is a Licensed Broker as well as REOTrans, PAS, ResNet and NVSI Certified.

He has resided in the East Bay all of his life and enjoys jazz, sports, reading and golf.

Norman Gee has over twenty years experience in Real Estate, starting in property management and commercial property investments and more recently adding sales to his resume.

As a value and data driven investor Norman is always looking at and evaluating properties. A Berkeley native, Norman attended San Jose State, worked in the south bay for many years, and is now back home in Berkeley working as a REALTOR with Keller Williams.

Norman’s investment experience includes retail/commercial, commercial residential, residential income, REO, and mixed use properties.

Norman likes to believe he is an early adopter of technology but still needs to be occasionally dragged along by our technology innovator Andy.
