Glen’s been tracking the East Bay housing stats in real time for over four years now and the reports that he generates have been invaluable in alerting us to the latest trends weeks before the mainstream media picks up on them.

In case you’ve never seen one of Glen’s reports before, the numbers represent the Pending / Active ratios for each area, which tells us the relative strength of those particular micro-markets.

I shot this with a Flip video camera that I recently picked up and I’m hoping to post more short videos in the future.

Hey everybody, spring is here and along with the warmer temperatures, here comes the summer inventory.

Once again, Norm has pulled ALL of the active East Bay REO listings from the MLS and compiled them into a nicely formatted spreadsheet for you to do with as you please.
