Berkeley ZAB Approves San Pablo Ave Condos

It looks like a condo project located at 2700 San Pablo Ave in Berkeley got the go ahead at the latest Zoning Adjustments Board meeting. If all goes well, it looks like construction is planned to start in summer 2005 and will be completed a year later. You can read about it here.
