Tiny House

I admit, they fooled me. In fact, I fell for it a few times. You know the Geico ad which features the mock reality show, “Tiny House”, where the contestants are forced to live in a miniature home.

This article reminded me of when I was showing property earlier this year. This one building had a “tiny house” studio in the back rear. Everything was really nice, except for the 6 1/2 foot ceilings. As soon as I walked in I made a tiny house comment, but my client missed the reference and just looked at me funny. Maybe I should send her the link?
